I try to limit the amount of juice we drink - but these are nice for the lunch box. They come in several flavors and are all organic and 100% juice - and they don't look too different from what the other kids are drinking.

Minute Maid 100% juice juice boxes

Again I only buy the 100% juice - I send one of these daily in his lunch box. He only gets one of these and one cup of juice a day - the rest of the day he drinks GFCF milk or water.

I watch the high fructose corn syrup consumption in this household. I only buy 100% juice.

Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Chocolate Milk

This is the only chocolate milk we buy. Andy doesn't like chocolate very much so we buy this for ourselves. My husband Dan says this is the best chocolate milk he has ever had.

Soy Dream Vanilla Milk Singles

These are good for the lunch box and when we go places. They come with straws attached like juice boxes. They also come in chocolate flavor. Be careful - Rice Dream brand looks similar but is not GFCF - it contains gluten from barley.

Vance's DariFree

This is the milk alternative we use most often. It is potato based. It is a powder that you mix up. I had trouble finding it in the store the first time I bought it because I wasn't looking for a "milk carton" since I knew it was a powder.
