A New Dairy Free Yogurt

For those of you who are looking for a soy free non dairy yogurt - here is another alternative - cultured coconut milk by So Delicious. At $1.99 a cup - it is pricey but if you can't find the rice yogurt and don't want to do soy..............

I haven't seen this yet in the stores - they do have that brand of "ice cream" but not yogurt - will keep my eyes peeled for it!

I happened upon your website while searching for some good ideas and a place to start with GFCF for my son. He has HFAutism, and now that I've stumbled upon your website, Im wondering about testing for Celiac as well.

Can you email me? I have some questions...

Hi. I'm glad to have found your blog. You're the only Kathi who spells her name just like I do!! My boy is 6, on the spectrum, and I was looking for pudding recipes GFCF and found you. I tried the So Delicious coconut yogurt but my son, Liberty, only likes blueberry, which apparently is hard to find around here. Back to ordering. I ran out of DariFree and almond milk does not a good pudding make!!

They sell these at our WHole Foods. I was so excited b/c Matthew used to love the Yo Baby's but it's been so long since he's eaten yogurt that he didn't recognize it/want anything to do with it! (sigh...I'll try again in a few months.)

I love these yogurts, but be forewarned that a couple of them taste kind of chalky. I forget which ones though, sorry!

Hey! I'm from the Twin Cities as well and just did a posting on my own blog about the So Delicious yogurts! I haven't tried the coconut milk yogurt yet (I tried the frozen desserts though and they're amazing) but you should read my posting on the regular so delicious yogurts and let me know if you agree! http://tcdairyfree.blogspot.com/
