I make a lot of my own spaghetti sauce from scratch, but when I am busy working and don't have time (or Dan is making dinner), this is a nice alternative. I do not know if the other varieties are GFCF or not - this is the only one we buy. Read labels and call manufacturers - ingredients change!

Thank you for posting "real food" you've found works for the GF/CF. While cooking from scratch is always safest (and healthiest), we can't deny it's nice to have easy things on hand....your posts have helped me in that area a lot.
