1 cup firm silken tofu
1/4 cup Mayo
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 teaspoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh dill
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
We like to use it as both a veggie dip and with plain potato chips.
