There are mainstream hotdogs that are GFCF, but I do not buy them. We avoid nitrates in our house as well. Andy likes these so much that when on occasion we have a regular hot dog somewhere Andy will tell me that it tastes funny. I use these to make mini corn dogs for Andy as well.
